It upsets me to write this as we have been staying here for a number of years with happy memories . Not this time , however . Now , new owners with plans and lots to do and learn , especially about customer service and delivery of their expectations .

Bedsheet with hole . Overpowering smell of paint or chemicals . Bathroom improvements but not complete . Poor breakfast with bad tasting yogurt . Other guests told to go to their rooms after 9.00pm !

Breakfast was nice but a bit expensive for in value. Location good but advisable for people to have their own means of transportation as it is a bit hard to get ata i in the area.

Location where excellent and staff members were also friendly and welcoming.
