Hotel Waldschloss

This hotel is dreadful. It's self check in but after entering the PIN, the box gave me keys to 4 rooms, so i had no idea which one was mine. None of the rooms were as I requested. I rang the number provided to speak to someone, but it only takes messages. No one called me back. The rooms are dark and dingy, they smell musty and the place looks half abandoned. The restaurant that was advertised as being open was closed, the whole building was in darkness.

Everything was awful. Useless and rude staff, uncomfortable beds, very dirty hotel, shower not working.

Nice and clean room. Good beds. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was very good with a wide choice.

Television did not work, could not receive channels.

It was a great hotel in a good location for the price. The staff there were very friendly and the room was tidy and spacious. The breakfast was very good. And there was a lot of parking space.

There was a shower drain in the bathroom that emitted a decent sewage smell.

Big room, very comfortable bed, sofa.

Breakfast was disappointed.
