Great location for Anfield. Handy check in process to get keys with codes sent by email - good communication by email. Water bottles to drink. Tea and coffee making facilities.

Not enough milk sachets in our room for tea/coffee. Few biscuits would be great. Beds a bit too soft for me but depends how you like it. The personal touch is lacking a bit with the self check in.

A group of seven of us visited early afternoon following a tour of our old primary school, just for a few drinks and to chat nostalgically about what was a very happy visit. Except the chat was very difficult to hear thanks to the extremely loud music (courtesy of Smooth FM) emanating from every speaker. The staff are very friendly, immaculate smartly dressed, the pub is clean (tables a bit sticky though) and it is well decorated, bright and welcoming. But I have to rate it as poor simply because seven people sat around a small table have actually said that they missed out a lot of the conversation because of the volume of the noise. Suffice to say we decided just to have the one drink.

Ideal location for gig at Anfield, about 10 minutes walk. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Free onsite parking.

Rooms were a bit dated.
