"Nice staff"

The pub and the location was brilliant. The staff were lovely.

The room was very basic we paid £180 for one night, room only. Very steep stairs to access the room as my husband has mobility issues. A little bit more tlc and better quality towels etc it would be lovely

We were going to a concert at Anfield Stadium so the hotel was within great walking distance.

For 2 adults and 1 child, it was £220 for 1 night and it was room only. I understand there was a concert on, but the room was very basic and needs updating. I do feel we were overcharged.

"Small details make a big difference"

Perfect location for any activity in and around Anfield. Easy access to frequent bus lines directly to Liverpool city center. Fairly clean room. Staff arranged for us a taxi to the airport.

The area around the hotel is mostly residential, so not many options for coffee, breakfast and lunch/dinner. The room was really an attic with a small window too high, felt like a prison. Awful bed pillows, too large and too hard. There is no wardrobe, just some hangers. For a 3 night stay, we had NO housekeeping whatsoever, we took our trash out everyday. Since there is no breakfast option and the area is purely residential, a small fridge would be an extra bonus to the room, I wonder what guests do during the summer with no cold drinking water.

"Hotel review l"

Bad smell, carpet was filthy also furniture was grubby. Went upstairs to see our room it was more like a domortary the room was horrible we could not stay there. We would not have felt safe leaving our car there lots of broken glass. As u can see we had to book another hotel we were lucky to get a room in the Maldron it was immaculate first class. We are now out ket to the tune of around £500.00. I always use booking.com for my holidays never had a problem until now. I really hope you can help me to recoup my loses as I cannot afford to be out of pocket. I would be very grateful for any help you can provide. Regards Sarah Royal.
