The staff was really friendly

The bed sheets stunk. It was freezing at night, AC didn’t have a controller. The blanket stunk and didn’t have a cover. WiFi was bad

This place takes you in like family. Everyone there is so kind and helpful, they went above and beyond! We were made breakfast for free one day we got up late incase we couldn't find any. There is tonnes of stuff to do around the area and they are so helpful to guide you to places. The value for money is amazing, we didnt want to leave! You can hire bikes and bicycles from them for a very good price. They were very caring, helped us treat an injury we had and bought us the correct things from the pharmacy without asking us to pay for them! They have a little shop for snacks on site which are all very fairly priced! We had a few nights chatting and drinking with some of the family as if we were part of it too. Couldn't rate this place higher!!

Everything ! If you go to Tam Coc you should definitely book a room here. The room is perfect and cozy, and Minh Pong (the owner) and is family are the sweetest person I've ever met ❤️ Thanks Again for making our stay a dream

Wasn’t easy to communicate

Everything. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - we especially enjoyed having tea with them in the evenings. The place was very affordable and included breakfast. It was quiet but close to Tam Coc so had plenty of food and drink options within driving distance. You can also rent a motorbike there for only 100k per day. Overall, an amazing homestay that I cannot recommend enough.

Everything was great. Very friendly owners. Spacious room, clean Possible to use the kitchen. Nice breakfast.
