Room was big clean and quiet. The host and his family are among the nicest people we've ever met on our journey!

The family is so nice! They don't speak English but they always used google translate to talk to us, give us info and help us. They even invited us for tea a couple of times and made us really good breakfast every morning. They made breakfast at the time that fit for us, so it gave us room to plan our days. We had a big room with really good beds. They have bikes and motorbikes for rent which make moving around easier. We even booked an extra night because we loved it here. And a big bonus they have the cutest dog Mickey and he was our best friend! Definitely would stay again!

a wonderful family they get up early prepare breakfast for us very good breakfast with extra tea or coffee they sell very cheap stuff compared to other places they rent out motorbikes for a reasonable price free bikes, very satisfied with this accommodation. Will definitely recommend to friends

The nicest family we have come across in vietnam! They are so warm and welcoming, offering tea and smiles all the time. My girlfriend got sick and they offered medicine and calling a doctor. There's a nice and calm terrace on the top floor, and the rooms are quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is good and varied, we even tried the father's homemade honey! They also own a shop so very useful to buy things like snacks and water if needed.

Not in tam coc center but not really far 15min walking 2min with a motorbike.

This property is in a great location as it is in between Ninh Binh and Tam Coc and isn’t far from the Mua Viewpoint whilst also not being far from the Tam Coc boat trip and area where the majority of restaurants bars etc are. The hosts are absolutely lovely people and always tried to understand and help us with anything we needed, it felt like they genuinely cared about us - breakfast included in the price was also great. The upstairs outdoor terrace kind of area is so lovely and really nicely decorated which was a great addition to the property.

We rented bikes from the property which were really handy to get around to all the sightseeing spots ourselves - admittedly the bike was a little older than ones we’ve had previously but it got us from A to B.

Place is at a very good location, very quiet with good views. The hosts are cooperative.

The only issue, which I believe is temporary, was the bathroom ceiling had some water leakage problem.... probably some pipeline leakage or something...
