The location and staff are what make this place amazing. We’ve been here before so we were happy to return. The room’s (3) were very modern and comfortable. With a beautiful view. Would definitely come back.

Location is perfect. Immediate adjacent to the entrance to Petra. After a long long walk, this becomes very important. Staffs at restaurants are friendly. Amer would also give flower to females. I went with my boyfriend so he kindly left the flower on the chair next to my boyfriend. I didn’t see it until my boyfriend told me so.

Die Mitarbeiterinnen des Hotels sind so wundervoll und warmherzig. Das Restaurant Aloe Vera mit Ahmad und seinem Team grandios im Service und reichhaltig im Angebot des Buffets sowohl zum Frühstück als auch zum Abendessen. Die Cave Bar ist mystisch und ein Must in kühleren Tagen , in den Nischen der „Höhle“ ist es einfach ein Genuss, ein Getränk nach der Besichtigung Petras zu sich zu nehmen. Wir durften in einem der Chalets nächtigen,das war großartig, herzlichen Dank für dieses wunderbare Upgrade🙏 Insgesamt besticht das Hotel durch seine wundervollen , herzlichen und freundlichen MitarbeiterInnen, ein grandioses Ambiente, leckeres Essen und eine einmalige Lage direkt am Eingang zu Petra. Herzlichen Dank an das gesamte Team🙏 Ich freue mich sehr auf meinen nächst Aufenthalt
