The staff at the restaurant is super friendly. Nice beach and lots of activities in the resort. Beautiful garden and a variety of fruit options. The fish provided in the meal is super good. The beach bar is very welcoming. The shuttle bus is convenient.

The room is not exactly what is written in the booking option. I booked a room with three beds but it comes with two beds. And it is not on the ground floor as described. The information about shuttle bus services are not provided online. It takes sometime for newcomers to figure out how things go on here.

The views from the restaurant are fantastic, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The different pool areas provide different experiences which is nice if you plan to stay on site, plenty of things to do for kids of all ages with kids clubs and disco's. There's also lots to keep adults entertained too.

The only negative for us was storage space in the rooms, however we spent very little time in our room and all the facilities in the room were great. Beds are comfy and rooms were cleaned daily.

Premises and location plus. Quiet pool not really quiet, there are children’s pool but unused. Food at main restaurant mediocre and repetitive A’la Carte restaurant fantastic La Pergola.

Fitness room basic would definitely need repair/ refurbishing Family resort, be aware if in seek of tranquility and peace.

The property felt totally private from everything around it and really made for an enjoyable experience.

Beautiful location and great food in the main restaurant. Nikkos at the Thalasos bar was adorable and his specials really hit the mark! Make sure you visit Hersonissos as it's a great place with lots of atmosphere.

Room was in a great position but the bathroom really needed updating. The fish restaurant wasn't great at all and the Greek restaurant served lovely food but lacked any atmosphere. It's table service for drinks in the main bar and i would suggest a tip to the bar staff in the first night or your chances of getting more than a couple of drinks is slim. We went mid June and for our first week I think we were possibly the only Brits there which was a little disappointing. We also booked our own taxi to the airport and got royally ripped off so best to book through reception at a fixed price!

It’s a nice authentic hotel. Very beautiful and clean territory, surrounded by flowers and palms. Good choice of cuisine, very delicious. Friendly and nice personnel. Very peaceful place, very family-friendly. Good drinks and the Terrassa Bar, nice serving. The room with the garden view was perfectly located - Very convenient for the children to reach out the pool. The hotel provides lunch boxes - it is a great idea, if you are out for an island trip and miss the lunch/dinner.

The furniture in the rooms a bit outdated. The cupboards could be cleaned before a new arrival, we recognised some smell there. Suppose, it was not cleaned before we arrived.
