Hotel Hale

This review is for the bar only. I did not stay in the hotel or have a meal. The drink specials are amazing! The beer is the coldest around, & the specialty craft cocktails are unique & delicious. I was lucky enough to visit with some hotel guests from Michigan & the lovely bartender Lindsey, & feel like I got the inside scoop on what must be a lovely hotel. The property was clean & well-maintained - such an excellent repurposing of one of the old bathhouses on Hot Springs National Park's Bathhouse Row. (Note: Sales tax is higher on National Park property.) The owners even stopped in the bar with a nice hello for the patrons & the entire place felt welcoming & friendly. What a lovely way to spend happy hour in the National Park. I will return.

I had 4 days booked in May. I needed to reschedule due to 3 kids events being scheduled during that time I had no control over and was informed each reservation was individual and I would have to pay $35 dollars per night even if I rescheduled with no credit for the next stay. That was not clear in cancelation policy. Dishonest business practice at its finest.

The breakfast and location were great.

We stayed here after I took a test in Fayetteville. I found this highly rated on this website and found it to be true. The hosts were exceedingly friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and well taken care of and the bathroom’s large tub was very refreshing. They left cookies for us at our bedside and I even returned home with the cutest rubber ducky. The breakfast in the morning was great and we indulged in a butter cake that was probably made in heaven. I do recommend the valet service as parking is obscure and limited in this area.

Great rooms - excellent service / incredible Sunday brunch! Y can g hike in the in the Hit Springs National Park right out the back of the hotel - the National park visitor center is just a few doors down the street. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

The staff are wonderful. The bath was amazing. The bedding, including pillows were so comfortable. I got a good night's sleep. I was very pleased with our stay.

We didn't know it was hotel when we went into check out the bar but the wonderful Lindsey at the bar was amazing. She gave us some great local advice and we're looking at staying on our next trip. Lindsey and the owners were super friendly and the cocktails were awesome but now we know they have rooms, we're booking.
