Hugo Homestay

Hugo and his family are lovely and a genuinely great stay. As a solo traveller, they helped me feel comfortable and gave me the option of eating with a small group at their place, or at their families Homestay next door with a bigger group. Food at both places deliscious!! They offered advice for my solo outings, but also understanding that I had pre-booked tours/transport externally. Picked me up from the coach station and offered to drop me off. They upgraded my room free of charge to a beautiful, large room which was clean and very comfortable. Felt I had privacy whilst also not feeling too isolated as with some hotels. Lovely pool and reasonable walk from town. Best place I stayed during my 30-day travel.

This beautiful homestay is located in an idyllic setting , about 1km from the town centre. From the time I was picked up from the airport by Hugo, I felt so welcome . Hugo and his wife went above and beyond to ensure that I had the best experience, organising day tours, booking tickets , family dinners and giving lots of tips and advice. The homestay itself is spotless, the bedrooms are very spacious and extremely comfortable and the social area and pool are fab. Breakfast is included in the price , and is also really good . The value for money at this property wont be beaten. I would highly recommend this place to all travellers 👌

Clean, good shower and good wifi. Hugo is very nice and friendly and they include breakfast. Very nice place. I enjoyed my stay. I was sick and they cooked some rice and eggs for me. Thank you very much for everything🫶

The dorms were very comfortable and spacious, the location was quiet but not too far from the Main Street. They helped me book a tour to Ruc Mon cave which was one of the highlights of my trip to Vietnam. Family dinner was tasty. The property was so beautiful and had lots of comfy seating to spend time reading and relaxing by the pool.

We loved our stay at Hugo's! Hugo was very very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, comfy and clean. The free breakfast was great and we even had the dinner too which was lovely and the portion sizes were good. The pool area was great, lots of seating and a good area to socialise! I would stay again if in Phong Nha

The place located in a quite spot near the center. The Homestay is lovely, sustainable, and offers bicycles and tours. Hugo and his family were really kind and picked us up from transportation drop off point. Great value for money ❤️
