I only chose this hotel as I needed a one room with two separate beds. In was business travel. Still the room given had a bed and a sofa. One star for the rude hotel receptionist who hung up on me after she said when they don’t have available selected rooms they can give you whatever is available. Well, I believe if you are fully booked on certain rooms you simply don’t make them available to be booked.

The car park, the steps and the road into the hotel did not have any grit for the snow and ice whatsoever. Water pressure in shower very poor.

"Relaxing and comfortable stay with pleasant staff."

The room was very clean and warm when we arrived on a very cold day. The room was ready when we arrived and the cot was already there. Tea and biscuits in the room was a nice gesture.

The room meet our expectations.
