Receptionist was lovely and helpful .room.was clean .

Breakfast was cold food ect and cold plates complained to kitchen staff they just said sorry no refund ! Ordered chips they wasn't cooked the nachos we ordered had hardly any topping the fan wasn't working in the bathroom no plug at side of the bed for my partners sleep.ap machine just having to complain all time glad was a one night stay

"Amazing all credit to hannah"

Breakfast was fresh and plentyful The restaurant served decent food at a keen price The staff were so helpful especially hannah when our air con broke during the night she brought us a fan and iced water while she fixed the air con which she did. Hannah is an absolute credit to the hotel

All was good here i have no negatives
