Staff were friendly and helpful, room clean and comfortable.

Exceptionally clean room, comfy bed, air conditioned. Very quiet location. Great to have restaurant and bar on site as we were tired on arrival. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great too. Tea and coffee facilities in room.

The hotel looks dated but this is a budget hotel, the rooms have been redecorated and have modern bathrooms. Our standard room was quite small but ideal for an overnight stay.

The lack of service, no bedding for sofa bed, phone in the room did not work, had to call 4 times from my phone to get a reply, they promised o come in and make the bed up, they didn't bother, then at midnight when we got back i could not find anyone to help, my daughter had the only bedding and I was freezing and did not sleep all night.

The staff were all very helpful and super friendly, particularly the bar staff! The room was a decent size and had tea/coffee making facilities and a mini fridge. The brunch menu was very reasonably priced. Check out time was 12pm which I thought was great as most places are between 10am-11am. The hotel lobby has a very fresh smell and is very modern which is lovely to initially walk into.

The room itself felt quite dull/outdated. The bathroom was a wet room and the drain sounded awful whenever the shower was on (presuming it's blocked). The downstairs bar/restaurant etc is lovely and modern but the bedroom could definitely use some TLC! We were staying for Download festival so the price of the room wasn't cheap, however I'm presuming this was due to the festival and all hotel prices shooting up.
