Worst and most rude staff ever, the guy at the reception was upset because I wasn't gay, he ask me if I was gay and I tell him I don't and he went mad, I also think he was on drugs, and tell to my wife she was a puta one of the worst experiences I ever had in my life,they also canceled my acomodation and I have to go to a cheap motel because it was late and end of the week, it really was an horrible experience

The room was really nice - well maintained and stylish. The toiletries were high quality, and I really enjoyed the espresso machine. The location was quite good - not in the heart of Condesa per se, but within 5-6 minutes walking to the heart. There is a subway station about 5-7 minutes walking distance. The hotel is surrounded by several nice restaurants and coffee shops. The staff are very friendly.

It was quite difficult to locate the property upon arrival via Uber. Luckily, I was able to call reception and they quickly found me. It would be good to provide instructions on how to access the hotel when you arrive - how to spot the door (under the Gerard sign) and how to call the desk from the door.

Fantastic location, staff and value. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed all of the staff. The facilities were very comfortable and clean and the owner Martin was a great wealth of knowledge. Make sure to look at his artwork and furniture. There are some fantastic restaurants, and parks, within a few minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel felt very secure.

I would have easily given this a 10 if it wasn't for the shower. However the bathroom facilities were very cramped and the shower head sprayed water everywhere except for on you. This could easily be remedied with installing a new shower head.

It was a beautiful suite with everything one could need. It was very comfortable and made me feel calm and safe. The decor is exquisite and inspires creativity. It’s in a great location and is quiet which is rare to find in Mexico City. The staff are absolutely amazing! They are very kind and helpful, nothing was too much for them. I felt at home stay here, it was very clean and cared for. I highly recommend it. 5 stars! 🌟
