Too noisy outside

Everything! Spotlessly clean and very quiet. A beautiful boutique hotel with only about 9 rooms. We had suite 5 but never had a problem sleeping with the traffic downstairs. Cold AC! Great location, restaurants very close to the hotel with a great variety of different foods to choose from. French bakery almost next door with delicious coffee and pastries. Very safe area with a circle K and OXXO within walking distance. Hosts, front desk ladies and housekeeping all very nice. Small kitchenette with mini fridge and coffee maker. Roof top terrace with comfortable seating. Shower hot with good water pressure. Comfortable bed and lots of closet space to hang clothes. Park within walking distance to workout in.

Not the hotels fault but there is no view from the upstairs terrace and you can hear the traffic a lot from up there. Suite 5 doesn't have its own terrace.

Large apartment with elegantdecor, spotlessly clean, great location and close to cafes etc of Condessa and despite being near a main road absolutely quiet. Martin was great when we needed help and the staff were lovely. Highly recommend

Nothing! Just a very small thing - the big knife could have been sharpened & providing salt and pepper would have been good.

The interior design was amazing. It felt like we were staying at a wealthy friend’s house! Soft pillows, nice towels and coffee table books. Even then lighting was very soft and comfortable

The only one thing was that the shower floor was a little slippery - that’s all!

Lovely apartment in a great location. There is a beautiful roof terrace for morning coffee, the house is decorated with really good artworks created by the property owner and his mother. There is a daily supply of water and coffee, the cleanliness is impeccable, the room is stylishly furnished, and it is a very cosy place to stay.

The house is on a busy street and the traffic noise is really strong. Especially at night. But it's a huge city, so ... Earplugs are advisable for a good night's sleep.

Clean, large room. Excellent service and support. Daily room cleaning. Great location close to many cafes and green areas.

Only shortcoming noisy road near the room C. We slept ok , but if sensitive sleeper could be challenging. This is also only reason I didn’t give 10/10

The rooms are charming and well kept. The staff was helpful and accommodating.

Excellent location, 5 mins from metro station, quiet, safe, near good restaurants and cafes. Spacious room, lovely roof terrace and lovely, extremely helpful staff.

The Condesa location was great - very walkable and close to many restaurants. The property was amazing - each room was different. the hallways and stairwells were filled with art! Gerard and Martin (the owners) were so hospitable. We felt like honored guests visiting the home of a friend. And they are constantly working on small improvements to make the property even nicer!
