Friendly staff. Huge and clean room. Great value and location.

The windows could block the noise outside a bit better. But honestly, I slept fine.

Casa Corp is a charming boutique-style hotel that really impressed me. The artistic décor and wall art in the rooms added a unique touch, and the rooms themselves were spotless. The bed was very comfortable, and the restrooms and showers were very clean. Fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and other essentials were provided daily. My room included a small kitchenette with a coffee maker, mini-fridge, toaster, microwave, and cookware, which was very convenient. I appreciated the daily treats—two free bottles of water and cookies that I enjoyed throughout my stay. Despite being close to the street, my room was very quiet. The hotel staff were fantastic, especially Maribel at the front desk, who was incredibly attentive and caring. She provided clear explanations and made my stay very smooth. Veronica was also very helpful and thoughtful during my visit. The hotel's vibe fits right in with La Condesa’s hipster atmosphere. You’re just steps away from numerous cafés, bars, restaurants, and street food along Baja California Avenue. It's also only a five-minute walk to Metro Line 9 (Chilpancingo station) and close to Mercado de Medellín, where you can find fresh produce, meats, and more. Overall, a fantastic experience that I highly recommend.

The only minor downside was the lack of an elevator, which might be inconvenient for some. I also had a bit of trouble with the washer sink, as I wasn't sure how to operate it, but the staff quickly helped me figure it out.

That there is no breakfast but it is not a negative point at all there is so many good restaurants specialised in breakfast and brunch with walking distance

Great location. There are a lot of places to shop in the neighborhood. The room has everything you need. Great shower with hot water and high pressure.

There was no sign outside. The price online was in US dollars. I received a message that I had to pay via a link, and I didn't want to for security reasons. When I arrived, I was told I had to pay in Mexican pesos. The pesos should've been on the listing initially. Moreover, just put on the listing to pay at the hotel in Mexican pesos instead of all this extra effort and confusion.

I had a wonderful last minute booking for an evening here. The owner/manager was lovey, and the accommodation and location was great. The bed and pillows were really comfortable and I had the best night sleep that I had in a while

- Location is great, 5 min walk to subway - Martin the owner was very friendly

- They cleaned the room when we had a “Do not disturb sign,” most likely because we requested towels the evening before and they figured we could use a cleaning - there’s no sign on the hotel - Their queen size bed was more like a US full-size bed (sounds like a difference in US-Mexico bed sizes) - They charged us outside of booking.com which ended up costing extra due to their pesos conversion

Comfortable room and great location. The hotel and area was very quiet. Lovely café underneath. (I wouldn’t rate it as the advertised 5 star as we had to ask for cleaning after 2 days and for towels.)

Locking and unlocking the door of the property to go in and out, lock using the key was awkward. Our fridge didn’t close properly but was hard to see it hadn’t so our stuff didn’t stay cold. Prefer all the communication and payment to go through booking.com as the hotel said we didn’t answer their communication which I don’t think we received - we did respond to everything asked for through booking.com but apparently that wasn’t enough.

Everything was ok. Nice place. Good people. Clean. Comfortable.
