The property is just not good and the staff is completely non cooperative and disinterested. They don't know the word hospitality.

Location was bit far from main center and needed a ride. Breakfast was good.

Power cuts. Kitchen times. Proximity to main city center.

Pros • Spacious hotel rooms. • Convenient location near the Natural Bridge.

Cons • The staff was extremely discourteous and exhibited unprofessional behavior. • Serving basic food took 25 minutes, with the excuse that it was freshly prepared—a delay that is unacceptable. • Rooms lacked basic amenities, such as complimentary coffee sachets or tea bags. • The fan regulator was non-functional, and the AC did not have a remote. • The restaurant served only half a cup of tea, reflecting a miserly approach that was quite off-putting. • There was an overall sense of misery and inefficiency in the way the hotel was managed.
