This place is lovely as it looks, but apart from that the staff is very nice - our flight has been delayed due to airport closure and they were in contact with me and waited to give us the keys till 2am!

I loved it!

"Lovely old Inn"

9.0

This is a lovely old inn in a perfect spot for touring. It is practically under the Forth rail bridge so you will here regular trains but they stop about midnight. Across the road is the pier for the boat to Incholme island which is a lovely trip. The room was very large with seaview. It was very clean and the large bed was comfy. The staff are exceptionally nice they cant do enough for you and are all very friendly. The breakfast is lovely, I didnt eat at any other time. This is a good base for Edinburgh and Ingliston shows. Really enjoyed my stay and would recommend

Only minor issues. There were no seats in the room , only a seat at the desk. Its a huge room and could have done with a small sofa or comfy chair. Lighting could have been better with only one spot light in the ceiling. The main door after hours is controlled with a fob on your key. I was late back and although the fob worked the door wouldnt open no matter how I tried. Fortunately there was someone still working and heard me knock on the window.

"Would definitely return, we love Queensferry and the Bridges,"

Our second stay at the Hawes inn , our room was accessibility and ticked all my requirements, breakfast was plentiful, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable

There was a few things I didn’t like, but this doesn’t have anything to do with the Hawes inn

"Very Good"

7.0

It met our needs for an overnight stay. It's a bit dated, and a bit noisy. We had to have white noise playing in the back ground. Something was flapping about. The location is quaint, slight industrial, but a cute area.

The noise.
