"Superb"

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We needed special assistance due to an injury, and they were very attentive. I appreciated that they helped us get ice and access to hot water!

There was a gym above us. Occasionally, the sound of weights dropping was quite loud. Other than that, everything was great. It was a perfect location for my needs.

I paid online through an online booking, when I arrived at the hotel, I was charged more which I tried to explain this but the lady was not listening, the room was filthy, the bathroom, fridge and floor was dusty and unclean. I would not recommend this place

Better receptionist as Stacey was not professional or helpful at all. Needs a good clean

Too basic for the price when similar hotels are more luxurious. Didn't include things like shower cap, shower gel, little shampoos, etc.

"Probably the worst hotel in Georgetown"

Nothing

Construction work inside the hotel untill 9.30pm every night. Staff did not care about stopping the work to allow guests to sleep. The hotel gym opens at 6am till 9pm. The noise of the gym and dumbells dropping on the floor will wake you up in the morning. Awful hotel, one of the worst i have ever stayed in.
