The manager was a true professional there was a discrepancy with my booking and she took care of it. If you have any concerns she is the best person to speak to.

I had issue with one of there staff members that needs more training with dealing with people. The breakfast was not good at all. I had it my first day then decided to eat out the remainder of my stay.

I never had the breakfast. I loved the location and it's easy access to the city.

I did not like, the gym above that woke you up early in the morning with the noise and banging.

Lack of Housekeeping, stayed for 8 nights and room was only cleaned ONCE after going and requesting this to the lobby. The process of having to hang a sign on your door to ask for housekeeping does not meet standards

bathtub can be a bit cleaner . tiles need scrubbing a bit . coffee pot or hot water kettle would be great in the room .

Good air conditioner at rooms, nice restaurant but short menu.

Wifi was not available, they provide you a wifi code valid for only one device. Couldn't work properly, not recommended for business travelers. Too many mistakes at frontdesk staff, room was not available at the arrive. They did the check out automatically one day before than the reservation.

Location was excellent. Value for money was great. Front desk staff and housekeeping were both very polite friendly and helpful.

Room was outdated. TV was awkward and not good satellite reception. Noise from gym was loud.
