In microwave would be nice to have in the room

Something's a bumming on the roof at night I don't know if it was coming from the gym but mainly a little noise when you want to rest

I think it was over priced for the quality of services and amenities available at the establishment

there were no glasses in the room no jug, the fridge was unplugged.

The location!

Too much noise from a gym above my head and mosquitoes in the room.

Need more closet space for suits and long dresses.

The most unprofessional staff, front desk needs training in customer service, housekeeping and front desk needs to coordinate so guests can have better experience at the establishment. Smoke filled rooms should not be sold to guests. Bed bugs Expired, I'll supported mattresses Rooms are not sound proof as guests wrestle with weights being dropped in the gym above and street noises. Amenities not present in rooms makes for long-term guests' discomfort, no microwave, no kettle, no iron , no hair dryer, makes the price looks like that of a 4star but the service of a motel or short time guest house. The restaurant is not part of the hotel. It's management is independent.

Great location, good value and overall a decent place to stay. I would stay there again.

Most of the staff are super friendly and courteous except one of the girls at rhe front desk. Just ignores you as you are standing there and prepare to be overcharged at rhe front desk depending on who is there. I paid less for drinks than when I sent my kids who didn't understand the money difference. Same thing happened when I sent my son to the gym upstairs for water. I dont blame the establishment, as they could easily be pocketing the difference. Restaurant also isn't worth your time (food and personnel).
