Casa Vana Hiriketiya

We had a lovely stay at Casa Vana Hiriketiya - lovely clean rooms, beautiful gardens and fabulous location.

ビーチがとても近く、ホテルの周りにはたくさんの飲食店にミニスーパーもあるのでロケーションは完璧。部屋はハイセンス且つとても綺麗で快適に過ごせました！

セキュリティ面が少し心配だった。部屋によって違うかもしれないが、トイレとシャワーが外にあるのはやはり少し落ち着かなかった。

We recently stayed for 6 nights across the NY period. We stayed in Hiri 12 months prior also for NYE so we understood there would be partying noise in the town, part of the reason we went back. However, this accom Casa Vana is truly the worst accom experience I have had that I can remember, I've travelled to over 50 countries and stayed in varying levels of accom, but the expectations, value and issues here are a cluster bomb. The room is nice, although darker than the website and there are angles missing altogether from pics (the ones you actually look at, like a fence). BUT, it is the incredibly loud noise coming from the Secret Jungle Party outdoor site immediately next door, just over a fence, that is truly unbelievable. Imagine trying to sleep at the side of the main stage at a music festival. Four out of six nights we endured the thumping beats well into the morning, as late at 4.30am. It was so loud that the glass in the window pane vibrated. The owner-manager also lacked customer service skills. No genuine effort was given to the situation, beyond "what can I do?". A lot actually, be sympathetic, check in re how we coped after not sleeping (again), buy us a six pack - anything. At $200 per night this was robbery and an incredible downer for our Sri Lankan holiday. Also, it wasn't just the relentless noise, it was the daily build up knowing it was to come. We just wanted to relax, and party too. In summary: AVOID. PS The young guys that worked there were friendly and great.

The room was super clean and had a great vibe. We very much enjoyed our stay and loved the room. Location is great too.

Loud on Fridays due to jungle party. Our room was bright at night due to outside lights. Would still recommend.

Die Unterkunft ist super schön! Alles war sauber, die Lage ist perfekt und es war eigentlich noch schöner, als es auf den Bildern aussieht ;) Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen :)

Es liegt sehr zentral, deshalb muss man sich auch bewusst sein, dass nebenan am Donnerstag zum Beispiel Karaoke Night ist und man das schon sehr klar hört. Also es kann schon auch mal eine Party in der Nähe stattfinden. Ist jetzt nicht weiter schlimm, aber wer empfindlich ist, sollte das vielleicht bedenken.
