The hotel was ideally situated in the centre of St Mawes with excellent views and amazing staff who made my visit most enjoyable.

Nothing really. Some might grumble that parts of the hotel could be tidied up a bit but the reality is that such 'improvements' would push up prices and force an ordinary visitor like myself out of the market. The place was clean with ideal views and friendly staff. Ideal!

Location was perfect. View from room was beautiful.

Reception staff were most unhelpful. Promised upgrades within the room were not fulfilled although we paid extra. Dinner was very poor, some inedible. Bathroom was tired and the shower didn’t work sufficiently. Reception staff were disinterested when complaint was communicated.

Incredible hotel! Had the most insane room at a brilliant price. I think they may have upgraded us, which I’m so grateful for as it was a night away for my birthday. Central location. Friendly staff. Lovely rooms. Gorgeous view from balcony. Would stay again!
