The rooms were of a poor quality.. the rooms also needed a full renovation thats everything in there.. value for money is not good

Sea facing room 119 very comfortable and wonderful view of the harbour. Lady at reception on arrival very pleasant and friendly. Bar manager in the evening friendly and chatty. Restaurant staff at breakfast helpful.car

Hotel itself quite tired but we understand it is to be closed with a big renovation at the end of this season which it does need. Food at dinner quite poor compared to other places in St mawes providing excellent food.

Posizione molto bella, abbiamo fatto una buona colazione guardando il mare. Mancata il phone ma hanno provveduto a farmelo avere in bravissimo tempo. Lo staff ha risposto a tutte le nostre richieste. Letto comodo.

Premetto che è la prima volta che chiedo il cambio di una stanza.La stanza che ci hanno assegnato era carina, ristrutturata con bagno quasi nuovo ma molto rumorosa probabilmente dato da qualche motore esterno., abbiamo chiesto quindi un cambio stanza, che in prima stanza sembrava impossibile, verificando le prenotazioni ci hanno poi accontentati. La seconda stanza, probabilmente non era di pari livello, arredamento vecchi e moquette lasciata andare molto usata. Anche il bagno era piuttosto vecchio con crepe rattoppate nel lavandino..sicuramente te più silenziosa della prima..ma in sottofondo era ancora presente del rumore. I muri comunque poco insonorizzati. Si sentiva camminare di sopra...probabilmente esse do un vecchio albergo questo aspetto sarebbe comunque presente.
