I liked the location.

Our room was not nice at all room 101 is better used for storage not paying guests.The flooring was disgusting and the bathroom plug holes filthy and blocked.

The location was exactly what I hoped for. It was clean and seemingly updated

Not many vegetarian options on the restaurant menu. Room service didn’t clean the room even though we had the ‘service room’ sign on the door Water pressure in the shower was irregular unless on full heat which was a little too hot

"A great location at a reasonable price, just go and eat elsewhere"

I was lucky to get upgraded to room 115 which had the most perfect of balconies overlooking the harbourside

The breakfast was average and the shower wasn’t great

One of my best stays on the whole swcp. Value for money and staff were delightful

Maybe a better shower but considering what I paid, no complaints
