God beliggenhet, kjekke personale. Det er fantastisk at det er inkludert bruk av treningssenter og svømmebasseng.

Dårlig og ustabil wifi som personale virket ikke å være interesserte i å legge til rette. Hvor lenge har det vore slik? og hvor lenge blir det før dette er ryddet opp i? Internett forbindelse er mye mer viktig enn TV eller treningssenter tilgang i dag.

Pokoje wymagaja odświeżenia, szczególnie łazienki, łóżka, od strony ulicy dosc głośno od 6 rano. Strasznie monotonne angielskie sniadania, gdybym wiedział wybrał bym inny hotel

Well situated for the theatres in Manchester

Fire alarm went off twice. Staff were unbothered and did not evacuate the hotel but just assumed it was a steamy shower that had set it off.

Very comfy room, friendly staff.

The car park is quite a way from the entrance for someone with mobility issues. I think this should be made clear, although there are two disabled spaces the entrance is far from accessible.

Delightful place and definitely lovely staff 👍😍
