Superb location for everything we had planned. Surprisingly quiet despite having all the windows open due to the weather. The staff were excellent and very friendly.

Throughout the visit there was no Internet and I really feel that this should have been addressed with a goodwill reduction in the price at the end of the stay.

Front of house staff were exceptional, really proactive, thoughtful and helpful.

Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable, we slept very well. Breakfast buffet had all the usual options and was more than adequate. Location was perfect for our gig at Aviva Studios and would also be good for O2 Academy. We didn't use the spa or gym due to time restraints but excellent value that it was included in the price. We will definitley stay again, particularly when we have gigs booked at the local venues.

Central Manchester but very quiet great facilities would definitely stay here again
