Nothing all was good

De locarie van het hotel was een perfecte uitvalbasis om Manchester lopend te verkennen. Bij vertrek kreeg ik een kop koffie met zoveel aandacht en vriendelijkheud geserveerd: ik voelde mij meteen gezien als gast! Dit zocht ik.

De man bij de check-in Balie deed zijn werk correct maar mistte de houding van zijn vrouwelijke collega om er een top-ervaring van te maken.

Really great staff and good location. It's a good thing the staff were helpful, as the electronic lock on the room (for use with the standard hotel key card) failed on day 1 and wasn't mended, the wifi didn't work, there was no air con and the breakfast was "heart attack on a plate" material! Sports facilities looked good, but I didn't have time to use them.

Electronic lock on door failed on first day, but didn't get mended, so I got given a manual key for it. Wifi was not working at all for first day and worked slowly with drop-outs on the second. Maybe "up north", no one eats fruit, but it really was stodgy cooked breakfast or nothing! Very hot, but no air con in the rooms. With windows open, it was rather noisy.
