Queens Hotel

Nice sized rooms, Nice to be able to have an assortment for breakfast, right opposite the beach and pier.

I was kept waiting far too long for breakfast on two occasions, couldn't sit with my friends on the last day and was moved to another table. Sheets weren't changed and mugs in room were not replaced, Had to keep asking reception for water and sundries when this should be standard in a room. Beetles were in a bedroom and a seagull kept knocking on the window so I could not have it open during a heatwave. The key card refused to work on a the 2nd day there. The shower temperature kept going hot and cold constantly, there was no hand wash ever supplied in the bathroom. I got the impression that single people who came by themselves, and not with a package coach holiday were treated differently and not as important. When I compare this to a luxury hotel I stayed in at Bournemouth in 2012, it doesn't even get to standard. They had a swimming pool, spa facilities, their own dry cleaning service, doormen and porters, this is what I would expect from a 4 star luxury hotel. And respect also!

The room was clean and big enough for me and my son

Was very hot and it would had be nice a cold drink in the night so a small fridge in the room would be good

Perfect location, other than the mold, the room was very clean and comfortable

Hotel did not seem that set up for guests with children though, for example we had a top floor room and the window opened fully, would have been very easy for a child to fall out of! Our room had a large amount of black mold that was visible from under the wallpaper

Location, staffs were helpful. Breakfast was nice too.

THE ROOM WAS WITH FULL OF BED BUGS, WE COULD NOT SLEEP AT ALL AND WE WERE ALL BITTEN. ALL THE BED SHEETS WAS WITH FULL OF OUR BLOOD STAINS . WAS VERY SCARY AND VERY SAD.

Breakfast was very good,with enough choices to please anyone.. Hotel was very close to the beach.
