Location fantastic, room was clean and tidy, staff were helpful,

Only thing was - it was an very hot weekend, and the windows only opened a very small amount, so no air at all, there was a desk fan in the cupboard, which helped a little,

Excellent, friendly staff, splendid location and an old fashioned (in the best sense) charm. Very good value equally, so would definitely return.

Room on the small side

Although the building was old. It was well looked after. Staff were very approachable and helpful.

The room we stayed in was looking a little tired and needed some tlc. The windows needed repainting as did the the rest of the room.

In the best place across the road to the beach 2 mins to town fish and chips 2 minutes away
