Perfect location - walkable to all parts of the city. Very, very quiet so no trouble sleeping

The rooms are around a beautiful indoor courtyard so you do not get any natural sunlight without opening your door. Not a big deal but it may bother some people.

The hotel was centrally located in Oaxaca, making it ideal to access different parts of the city. The inner courtyard was nice. The staff was helpful overall in answering our questions.

The hotel itself needs some revamping. The room lacked sufficient lighting and was quite dark. The only lights present were at the bedside and within the closet. The bedside lamps need to be changed, as they were used and ready to break. The lightbulbs were also very white and gave off a cold atmosphere. New lights should be added to the ceiling and lightbulbs with a warmer colour should be used. Little natural light can enter the room. There is only a small window, and the curtains are stuck directly on the windows. Therefore, the only option to have natural light is to open the window to the inner courtyard. The pictures make it look brighter than it actually is. Also, wifi did not work very well within the hotel, and not at all within the room. The wifi routers need to be improved.

Perfect location in the central city of Oaxaca de Juárez. The staff were kind and very helpful. The cafe makes a great breakfast. The hotel was lovely and very very clean. We very much enjoyed our stay. We would book there again.

Only challenge was we needed and extra towel for the floor - due to some water running from the shower. No big deal at all.

We really enjoy our stay, everyone was very friendly and helpful, they keep rooms very clean.

We have a rental car, and we have to park the car every night at the parking lot at or after 8:00pm and pick up the car each morning by 8:00am, I recommend visitors that you do not rent a car since you will not need it since you have everything there with walking distance.
