Centro location

A part of the ceiling fell on to our bed. The aircon didn’t work, no fans or windows. They moved us into a smaller room (family of 5!) so we were squashed into 2 beds. Disappointed there was no offer to refund for the inconvenience (which could’ve been dangerous) or at the least payback the difference between the big room we booked and the one we ended up in. Run down, mouldy shower, no windows at all, no ventilation. Felt like a claustrophobic cave

The location was ideal for seeing the city. And, the colonial era construction was unexpectedly beautiful. The open air courtyards were awesome.

I have been in different hotels visiting Oaxaca; but this one was one of the worst . The pictures are a facade because the reality is other as example an outdated everything in particular awful showers . Besides the bad customer service charging for an hour without giving us a receipt; when other hotels they help their customers if the rooms are ready to use but this place tries to get extra money for a bad hotel . Very disappointed, read reviews well before you book with them . The only god I can say was the location but with the strikes of the teachers it was a nightmare.

Just the location , nothing else.

The pictures are a facade; the room has the minimum, the bed is too hard, they could get better pillows and the worst the shower/bathroom very outdated the faucets opposite side the shower spread the whole bathroom, humidity. I took pictures to prove it. The only worth in the room is the housekeeper service but that's all. Most people at the reception don't speak another language.
