Hotel Casa Barrocco Oaxaca

Friendly staff and clean facility,

Mattress was the next worst thing to sleeping on a brick. I wish breakfast was included and the quality of the food we purchased was better. The coffee we purchased in the morning wasn't the best. Communication with the hotel was poor prior to arrival. We sent messages via Booking.com and received no answer.

Location was wonderful, right next to the Cathedral and zocalo. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs.

There was a lot of light coming into the room from the patio all through the night.

The bed are little too hard.

Nice big room with really comfortable bed. Was very clean. Location right in the center close to everything. Quiet at night. Staff very helpful. Cafe in the hotel means you can get coffees in the morning.

Upgraded to a patio room, which basically just means a ground floor room, but no seats to sit outside so not really worth it. Felt it was priced quite high for what is really just a room and not really hotel facilities.

The location was great a block from the zocalo and a lot of great places to eat

Location was great. Hotel doesn't include breakfast. Adjacent restaurant has breakfast available and libations in afternoon

The beds. Thay are extremely firm. While I prefer a firm mattress, this was unforgiving.
