water issues in the hotel, they closed the rooftop terrace, there is no lounge or space to relaxe, the furniture in the public spaces could be updated, the check-in time is late (3 pm) and they gave us the keys after the hour.

The property was a bit noisy.

The location is perfect! Close to all amenities and everything is walkable in Oaxaca. The room was beautiful and spacious and the AC worked perfectly. The staff were always so helpful and available to help out. Best place to get a restful sleep after exploring.

The hot water took a while to start in the showers but it was okay.

the bathroom equipment was a little bit run down, but hotel quickly replaced shower head as we requested, thank you!

The property's location is its only advantage. It is centrally located and walkable to almost all interesting areas of Oaxaca city.

The property is dated, and has not been maintained well. The furnishings in the bathroom and the room are old. The room was not as advertised. It had no private patio and was much smaller than 25 sqm that the booking platform showed. The room also felt very stuffy since the windows are small, and do not open to the outside but to the inner courtyard. (Beware before booking as there are rooms without windows as well). The staff in the evening when we arrived weren't very welcoming, although the day staff was nice. Two out of three days that we stayed, there was loud live music until very late that we could hear in our rooms and made resting/sleeping difficult.

Very friendly staff. Loved being close to Boulenc, my favorite bakery, The only drawback is the shower. Taking a shower results in a large amount of water on the floor. The shower stall looks good but the design is flawed. Asked for help and staff gave me an extra large towel to place on the floor.
