Calm location, relaxed atmosphere, nice pool, nice dinner choices, friendly owners

Poor breakfast, not enough sun beds, uncomfortable sun beds, rooms made up only every other day, small garbage bin in rooms

There was no hot water! Any!

Very calm place, great restaurant and nice staff. Helped us with booking tours around the island and volcano. There are a lot more/bigger plants and trees than in the pictures here, which made the whole area even better. You are surrounded by the sounds of nature and can really kick back and relax by the pool or in the restaurant.

Due to the closeness to nature there were lots of mosquitoes, so bring some repellents! We also wished there had been some sort of table to sit at in front of the bungalow and bigger bins inside the bungalow.

Great place to sip cocktails by the pool. A great place to stay after hiking the volcano and just doing nothing. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It's somewhere you will end up just staying at the resort the whole time but that's what I wanted. They organize taxis and tours to things if you want to get out.

Style, peace, view, has character, good food

minor things can be improved like providing some shampoo and mattresses for sun loungers

Cool location. Very natural surroundings. Dinner was delicious and fairly priced. Breakfast very good too. Enjoyable place to relax as there is not much nearby.

The entire pool/deck area needs a renovation. Wood is splintering and paint peeling. Not very nice area for a swim.
