Good location and very large and comfortable rooms, wifi worked.

Breakfast was meager and room were not cleaned until I asked for it.

Location was very good for looking around the city. Room and facilities were excellent. Had one problem, but was sorted out very quickly by reception staff. Reception staff member, 'Batzarig' was superb - brilliant English and a great manner with customers. He is the type of staff the hotel needs to keep so hope he is rewarded accordingly.

Breakfast selection could be improved.

The air conditioning didn’t work the w tire time I was there. I complained and have emailed the hotel directly - have t heard back. I was unwell for a few days with a fever, and it’s not possible to have the windows open as it’s SO NOISY. I think it’s disgusting to advertise ‘airconn’ and charge for it when it doesn’t work and from all accounts hasn’t for awhile. All round extremely frustrating!

I booked a stay for my wive via booking.com and I paid from the app. Upon my wive’s arrival in the hotel, staff forced her to pay in cash, despite I already had paid online, and that was very distressing for her. I will not be picking this hotel next time, possibly I will use another app as well from now on

Loved the stay. The staff were very nice, the room was lovely. I liked being in a walkable part of town. There’s not a lot of English spoken, but Google translate deals with that, and everyone was very kind and helpful. Also good location, for example the 20 min walk to the monastery with the giant Buddha is well worth it.
