Location is heart of the city !

Breakfast was very basic

The gentleman at the front desk went above and beyond to help with questions I had and making sure I had breakfast on my way back to the airport, even though the restaurant was still closed. It was an amazing building, absolutely beautiful. I can only recommend this hotel

The hotel was close to the centre. That was all that was good. Don´t go here!

No diningroom so breakfast in the room. (I think it was beeing renovated or something) Tried to tell them what we wanted, but they got it wrong all the time. And always at a later time than ordered. They did not understand us and did not try to. They did not clean the room and said after several days when I was upset about it that we were supposed to hang out a sign that said "clean", but we did not have any sign like that. And they did not inform us about it at arrival. When they cleaned, they did not make the bed. Really bad. Also the hotel was quite worn down. Not as nice as the pictures show.

Location is perfect. Staff are amazing and do their best

- Wifi was weak and did not reach properly all rooms and locations. In my room (located in a corner of the building) the signal was just terrible. The internet was better just using a local SIM card. - during my 7 days in the hotel I have to actively ask the reception to send service room to make the cleaning and restock things like shampoos and shower gel. They could not explain to me why they were not going everyday... (the receptionists told me they indeed should do it everyday. I was not waking up too late or anything. I was even put the hanger in the door with "please clean the room" but when I come back in the afternoon nothing was done) - There is a construction going on the in the building, they where breaking stuff around at 7am in a Sunday.... absolutely no respect for the guests. - I had breakfast in the room one day and put the cluttery outside. Took the staff 3 full days to remove this from the outside area. I saw the same in other rooms and floors. - The aircon is broken in all rooms. During the night the heating system gets turn on automatically and the room gets very warm and uncomfortable. I had to sleep all nights with both windows widely open to cool down the room. But of course, because of that, I had a lot of noise from outside (Ulaanbaatar has a insane traffic, meaning a lot of noises from cars and honks...) which made every single night on this hotel almost a nightmare... - for 3 days was not possible to call the lift in my floor (4th floor). To use the lift you had to take the stairs one floor down and call the elevator.... Definitely a completely disappointment for 4 stairs hotel and I do not recommend to anybody.

We really enjoyed our stay and if we return to Ulaanbaatar, we will stay there again. The breakfast, which was included, was great. There is also a restaurant that is apart of the hotel, which was really nice and the food was good too!
