Bishrelt Hotel

room was very dusty and bathroom was full of long black hairs

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Bishrelt. When we checked in, there were a few problems, but the staff was quick to solve all the problems. We would definitely stay there on our next trip. It is a beautiful building, especially the restaurant. The bed was very comfortable.

It would have been nice to have some coffee in the room.

The night clerk at the desk was very nice. He is an aspiring rapper and rapped some of the things he is working on.

Unfortunately, this hotel is in MAJOR need of a refresh. From a design perspective, the layout is great. However the execution of managing the property since it opened has clearly not been good. The windows facing west are not energy efficient and radiate heat. Unfortunately, the air conditioners do not work! We changed rooms, but the air conditioner in the second room was also inoperable. The carpet in the rooms was incredibly dingy and needs to be replaced. In our second room, the wall paper was ripped. Also, the shower curtains in the tubs do not catch the water from the showerhead, so the bathroom floor will get very wet. If the property owners invested in a refresh, this would be a great property! But until then, maybe look somewhere else, and DO NOT book the two twin bed rooms during the summer!

The location was great, the staffs were friendly and were trying to help. Conveniently there is a restaurant on the first floor to grab a dinner or lunch.

The sheets were dirty and in stains. Tab water was varied between yellow and orange colors. Also there was a lot of confusion around the breakfast every day of our stay, resulted in no breakfast on the day of checkout despite we ordered night before.

hot water took a while to come out from the shower and it wasn’t really hot. Breakfast was disappointing
