Great location

Rooms were very hot and AC fan wasn't really working. Asked staff for help, they offered to bring some ice to help cool the fan down. Never saw them again after that despite numerous trips to reception over a few hours.

Location was incredible. Room was lovely , clean and spacious with perfect views It was quiet at the room The restuarant was a nice location with beautiful views and food was great!

The tv was very dated with hardly any channels and would have been better with a smart tv for the evenings. The mattress was incredibly firm.

"Excellent"

Spectacular location. Good service especially from Winston who had only started in the job but proved he was exceptional in customer service.

Room was overly warm even with the fan switched on. Air conditioning would have been nice.

"Disappointing"

Location is superb

Room was too hot, cooling unit was supplied but had only one setting that worked and was very noisy, wifi was poor and intermittent, TV had only 4 working channels, bed & pillows were too firm, shower went from hot to cold without warning.
