Drimsynie Estate Hotel

I love here so peacfull, food was lovely place is lovely its great.

The bed was so uncomfy we had to leave and go home, i have multiple back fractures and PAO... a rare pregnancy osteoporosis which happened just after my baby in nov. Nothing you guys could help just the bed was really solid and i couldnt have went to sleep in it. Apart from that i enjoyed my wee day there.

Die Lage oberhalb am See ist wirklich gut und man kann von dort auch Wanderungen auf die umliegenden Berge oder Fahrten auf dem See starten. Das Bett ist super groß und hart, was wir gut fanden. Zimmer und Bad waren top. Der Take away Service war gut - Pizza, Burger, Pommes - wenn man nicht im Restaurant essen wollte.

Leider war es im Zimmer sehr warm und man konnte das Fenster nur anklappen. Das vorhandene Klimagerät hat nicht gekühlt, daher haben wir nach einer Alternative gefragt. Wir bekamen einen zusätzlichen Ventilator, so dass wir halbwegs gut schlafen konnten. Insgesamt ist die Anlage in die Jahre gekommen und wird nicht mehr durchgehend gepflegt. Es gibt Angebote für Kinder, die teilweise außer Betrieb waren. Schwimmbecken und Pool konnten gegen zusätzliches Geld genutzt werden.

Everything was excellent

Stunning location and views. Reception lovely and smells amazing! Lovely welcome and very clean etc. rooms were great size and very clean. Hair dryer in room and huge shower. Lovely walks too.

We stayed in the hotel and the beds are absolutely solid. Like sleeping on a slab of concrete. Woke up several times through the night in a lot of pain. Room was below the restaurant and from when we got to the room at night (8pm) all we could hear was scrapping chairs and footsteps along our ceiling. Until about 10.15pm. Then from 7.50am in the morning when breakfast obviously stared. Really really noisy and uncomfortable bed. The food in the restaurant was very average, the staff could do a bit more in terms of checking your table. We had to go up to ask for sauce , then again to order another drink. Staff standing about doing not a lot, everything but coming over to your table. The tvs are awful as well, we tried to get the football that was on ITV and channels didn’t work. How can you not get basic channels on a tv? It was a freeview thing and hardly any the channels worked. Annoying.

Property was good but the prices for the golf was misleading

We read that it was only ten pound to rent golf clubs but we we got there it was 30 for a set you would of only paid 20 for at a car boot if we had none it was 30 we would of taken our own
