The overall pub was very old school and tradition which was nice! The rooms were big and they offered free parking.

Where do I start… from the moment me and my family arrived the lady on the desk took over 10 mins to greet us and check us in and was extremely unhelpful! The moment we saw our room, we were pleasantly surprised by the size however that was it, the floor was dirty, had about 4 flys in the room and the bedding was full of hair! We instantly went down to complain and the lady again was extremely unhelpful and rude… she came up to check before she even sent a cleaner! We stayed on a Saturday and the pub was open till very late so just a warning that you can hear everything from the creeping floorboard to a woman coughing in the next room! Our mistake was staying there longer for breakfast, being served by the same unfriendly staff member, she took over 35 mins to even take our food order, of which was stale and not nice! There was even a fly in our orange juice.
