Hotel Bonavista

Quiet location, helpful staff, but poor breakfast. Really big room with pleasant interior, dining room with terrace and beautiful view. Satisfaction

It is a peaceful, serene, small and cute hotel for stay at Nuwara Elliya. The person Usman who is manging the reception was very helpful and friendly.

Some facility for dinner at hotel may be developed.

The rooms were comfortable especially for the money we paid. Rasleen at the reception was really kind and nice all the time. He helped us with checkin/checkout , also with TukTuk booking, breakfast and everything. I also liked the shower: it was one of the best shower experience I had in Sri Lanka, nice new facility, and plenty of hot water.

The rooms were not too clean and it was extreme painting smell in the room. As the windows could not be opened ( I think for safety reason) I had headache after my stay. We also disliked that we could not have any lunch or dinner in the restaurant. As you are on a top of a hill, there is nothing around you: if you want to eat, you need to order pizza. If I had a restaurant with that spectacular view (and a lot of pictures on booking.com) than I would serve lunch and dinner too.
