Beautiful with so much history and character. Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Lovely rooms - a very comfortable stay.

Proximity to sea and local facilities

It was a bit tired and in need of some renovation. Wifi was poor in certain areas. It was a bit chilly in the lower floors where we would have liked to have had an open fire

Lovely stay in the fantastic building. Great location and friendly staff. Breakfast was ordered and relaxed, making breakfast to order. Great to read the history of the place.

"Uncomfortable and not enjoyable"

Breakfast was good and good location

The room was small, claustrophobic, inadequately equipped (not even a shelf in the bathroom for toothbrushes etc) , no wardrobe. Not as described by booking.com and nothing like photos Pillows were uncomfortable Staff were disinterested
