"Great location and pleasant hotel with Spa"

Perfect location, spa, great service, before the stay and during. Few added values that made a difference, free shuttle from car park, discounted lift passes, restaurant and drinks.

Rooms were compact but a bit too much...toilets at top floor too small to be used.

"Location great dinner really good rooms very average quality very small and not representative value of the price."

Location was great restaurant was really good for dinner.

Bedrooms weren’t as per description. Breakfast doesn’t serve coffee which is strange.

"Stay could have been nice if service was better."

The location was good, breakfast & coffee were good.

The attitude of the staff heading the reception. She was very rude, she shouldn't even be facing customers. We was rude to me and to our family. The rest of the staff were okay except for her.

"Okay for a short stay."

Staff were lovely and so helpful. Spa downstairs was great. Comfy bed. Good location for skiing.

Ski locker was too small to fit a snowboard. Spa was lovely, but some guests were very loud. Some steep steps when carrying skis each day after skiing.
