Breathtaker Hotel and Spa

Great service, friendly helpful staff, great location. Good value for money.

Some staff were great. Good bar.

We were given a tiny apartment. We had 4 people so I don’t know why we’re assigned the smallest one. Very cramped and not worth the money. Dangerous staircase. Very slow service some of the time. Misinformation regarding transfers although they did apologise.

Does not worth as they charges. Restaurants are overrated. Too much expensive for what they provided.

Close to Bourke st

Ice close to front door, I felt staff needed better equipment other than a small spade.

- Location - shower with an amazing water volume - friendly staff

- breakfast could be better (poor variety) and finishes too early for a holiday resort (9:30am) - bathroom needs a renovation

Staff amazing. Matilda Judy just to name a few. The driver the breakfast. 11/10. Will def recommend breathtakers. Loved the pool so good. Will def return. Every single staff member superb. Thank you. .

Features that were included in the property - one free drink from the bar daily, complimentary bus shuttle from car to hotel, family pool and indoor kids play area..

1) food was very disappointing and of a poor standard when ordered via the Loft bar. Wish it was better considering the price and how hard it is to get around in the evening snow with babies/toddlers. 2) bottle water not included on check in 3) a lot areas of staff not manned when wanting assistance to order etc 4) restaurant closed during our stay as “not busy” 5) wish they included maps of the MT Buller via the hotel.
