I love the modern look and how nice and clean it was ! The beds were very comfortable - and the staff took care to clean daily . Great A/C !

Very good adaptation of Fend Shui in the organic concept Taking care of organic details and having a good feeling. Good building materials in the room for the standard in Holbox.

Holbox is now over development with many new projects. So it was very noisy outside with pumping machines and other machinery. Flooded and muddy streets. Then you bring all the dirt into the room. Far from the center and unlit streets. Great environmental impact for flora and fauna. Natural environmental phenomena are being affected

New,comfy king size bed ,rainwater shower,good Wifi,high ceilings and tastefully decorated.

No good outdoor seating,only in common area. Long walk to town.

Everything was excellent! The staff was also very helpful — highly recommend this spot if you don't mind walking a bit to town

Close to the Cocos Beach. Fast access to the beach that can take you everywhere.

There was a horrible humidity smell - mold inside the room. There should definitely use a dehumidifier. If you rent the room for a group of 3 - it’s very small and not private at all since everything is one room (including the toilet). Is very noisy! And the breakfast is the same everyday - coffee, juice and scrambled eggs.

Excellent value for money and super clean.

Only downside was it is a bit far away from town but definitely not an issue given the price and quality of the room
