Great property. Nice room and bed was very comfortable. The location was difficult to get to due to bad street flooding because of rain.

Charming mini-hotel boasting only a few rooms, offering a cozy and intimate setting. Not far away from the beach. The rooms are sweet and have character, although I feel they could use a touch more warmth in decor. The communication with the host was delightful, with prompt and friendly responses via WhatsApp. The reception desk staff was exceptionally pleasant and provided helpful assistance.

Overall, the hotel exudes a pleasant atmosphere, although poorly soundproof (sounds travel easily within the premises) I found it slightly overpriced considering the overall experience.

The room was bigger and nicer than we expected! And the staff are all very lovely and helpful. Monse in particular was of great help, we had issues unrelated to Tikul and Monse gave us a hand like a friend would and made us feel very welcomed and happy straight away. Thank you Monse!

Super nice and clean rooms. Bed is really comfortable and good working AC. We liked our stay so much that we extended for one more night. Location is really quite and can easily walk to the beach and Centro.

Beautiful design, clean, lots of light, close to water, just a great place. Very nice eating places nearby

We went during low season in September. Taxi’s may not accept your request to drive there as there are many potholes on the road and it had rained before. You couldn’t walk because the water couldn’t go away. So you are quite in the middle of nowhere and rely on taxis which can become unnecessarily expensive. Also, did not like that bathroom sink was in the toilet area, and shower was open and the open plant garden behind the bed. But thats quite minor. The bed was around 140cm, so its nice for 1 person but for 2 persons it’s too little space. Could not sleep for 2 nights properly. The front desk lady also was not very nice / could be improved. Perhaps a good hotel for couples that want to spoon the entire night and not move at all. Other then that it was clean, and modern design. But that’s about it. I recommend staying near the main city centre area during low season.
