Absolutely lovely eco lodge. We loved having the dive center on site and desert excursions. There are educational talks in the evenings in the inspiring library. The food was excellent served family style. We had full board and enjoyed all of it. The restaurant has beautiful views and the staff is great.

Voici une version plus fluide et naturelle pour un avis très positif sur Booking.com : Le lieu est magnifique, le personnel est aux petits soins et nous avons très bien mangé. L’établissement étant assez excentré, il est préférable d’opter pour la formule all inclusive afin de profiter pleinement du séjour. Version un peu plus chaleureuse : Séjour exceptionnel ! Le lieu est magnifique, le personnel adorable et toujours aux petits soins. La restauration était excellente. L’hôtel étant un peu excentré, la formule all inclusive est vraiment recommandée pour profiter sereinement du séjour.

This is a perfectly run hotel. I very much liked my stay of 4 days. The location is a bit away from everything, but this again adds to its beauty: It’s totally quiet and not at all crowded. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Food is local and excellent. Now the staff are the best of everything. They are always around and very helpful. At the pool, the dining area, around the rooms etc. The waiters were very cheerful and very attentive. I would like to mention Cico who worked at the pool area and read every wish from my mind. Then there is a library that deserves that name. Many books, pictures and antiques can be enjoyed. A room full of history. In that very room every evening at 6:30 pm there is a 30‘ presentation on a topic like sea turtles which I visited. Thanks Simon, that was very informative. Then I had the pleasure of meeting Sam, the owner of the hotel. Thank you Sam for the invitation to that Lebanese food tasting. In case you fancy going to Zermatt skiing let me know, I live there and know the place. The Emperor Diving school that can be found in the hotel complex is equally well and professionally run. Highly recommended too. In short real gems!

It’s a special place - good to relax! Breakfast is served as a buffet, featuring freshly squeezed orange juice and freshly prepared eggs of your choice. Half-board includes one evening meal, which is served – meat or fish dishes with a selection of delicious side dishes. Everything is put on the table like a mini-buffet. All this is complemented by fantastic home-baked bread. The restaurant staff are attentive and very friendly. We had a superior room with ceiling fan, a large bathroom and a terrace, where we felt very much at home. The Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay. I also went diving with the affiliated diving centre – had a great guide, everything was very well organised and the hire equipment was in perfect condition. In the end, we booked a transfer to the airport, which arrived on time.

There was just one small issue – the bed sheets are too small for the high mattresses and slip off during the night. That would be a small suggestion for improvement.!

Exceptionnel. Notre coup de cœur de notre voyage en Égypte. L’hôtel est très beau et très bien intégré à l’environnement. La piscine à débordement est superbe avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. L’ambiance est calme est intimiste - parfait pour se reposer. Le personnel est absolument charmant, présent sans en faire trop, mais toujours un mot gentil et à nos petits soins. Nous avons pris la formule pension petit déjeuner et dîner et c’était délicieux. Tous les soirs un menu différent avec souvent une soupe pour commencer, puis viande ou poisson/ fruit de mer, beaucoup d’accompagnements différents. C’est copieux et frais. La terrasse pour les repas est très belle avec vue mer. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, nous nous y sommes sentis très bien. Aussi, il y a un centre de plongée directement sur la plage de l’hôtel qui est très bien, supers explications et tres sécurisé (nous avons fait 2 plongées) J’ai testé également les massages que je recommande (très bonne masseuse. Le massage se fait dans une chambre qui a été réaménagée pour ça, donc pas de “vrai” spa)

Honnêtement rien. L’hôtel nous avait été recommandé par des amis et nous le recommanderons pour sûr à notre entourage.

La tranquillité, le personnel, les équipements et la propreté.

Le « botanical garden » et le « musée » sont décevants. La nourriture est bonne et de qualité mais très light. Parfois pas de dessert, et quand il y en a nous n’avons qu’un seul choix. Les boissons (hors eau filtrée) ne sont pas incluses : sodas, alcool et cafés sont à payer.
