Breakfast was very nice for such a "small" hotel. Always a decent selection of western and Asian foods with good coffees and a lovely view over the grounds. There was even free 5 minute massages on some mornings! The staff were very professional; the massages done in the spa were some of the best we've every had in Asia. The location is a bit of a walk to the center but it is an enjoyable one with plenty of interesting places to discover along the way.

It is difficult to reach anyone at the hotel by phone prior to arriving. It is always best to simply send a message through the reservation system or an SMS and then someone will eventually answer. And the shuttle into town isn't very consistent. We were able to use it once but other evenings it was already in use to collect more guests from the airport. As I mentioned previously though the walk in to town is a nice one.

Könnte hier und da kleine Renovierungsarbeiten verkraften, soll aber angeblich diesen Sommer passieren.

建筑风格很独特，非常漂亮，花园和房子搭配的很惊艳，老建筑的地砖很适合光脚走，大淋浴头水量大，洗澡很舒服。床垫也很舒服，就是电风扇声音有点大。

私人泳池需要更仔细地打理，池子底部有黑色的污渍，游泳上来脚底和腿上会沾上；作为奢牌酒店，客人离店想要个袋子装东西，居然只有最廉价的透明塑料袋，连个像样的带logo纸袋子都没有，这属实离谱了点，国内就是如家全季也有漂亮的袋子给客人。

The place impresses from the very first moment with its atmosphere. Set in beautifully restored historic buildings, it has a unique character that allows you to feel the spirit of old Luang Prabang — calm, elegant, and full of history. The tent-style restaurant is particularly memorable. It’s a place where time seems to slow down, and the atmosphere of former French Indochina feels almost tangible. Breakfasts were very good, dinners well crafted, and the red curry was excellent. Each evening began with a carefully prepared appetizer, the cocktails were of high quality, and the service was exceptionally kind and attentive. The swimming pool perfectly complements the hotel’s ambiance. Low-rise architecture, lush greenery, and the garden seen from the water create a sense of peace and true escape. It is an ideal space for quiet, mindful relaxation in harmony with the surroundings. The service deserves special recognition for its warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. This is a hotel that offers not only comfort, but above all allows you to truly experience the authenticity, rhythm, and unique atmosphere of Luang Prabang.

מלון נעים ומאד ונקי , גן מטופח מאד, חדרים מעוצבים גדולים ונוחים מאד, ארוחת בוקר מצויינת, קצת מרוחק מאזור שוק הלילה אבל יש שאטלים בערב. היה לנו כיף!
