The helicopter ride is amazing - however, it is not an affiliation of this property that I am aware of.

When we arrived in the evening, the property is so dark, it’s difficult to find the check in location. We were told to drive around the back to find the cabins. There’s little lighting at the cabins ; I exited the car to walk up to the porch to find our exact cabin. Posted on the door is a notice to not use the water - from the health department. The desk clerk informed me to ignore it, that all was really OK! When I asked for the manager, I was informed he would not be available for two days. They had at least provided bottled water and we were able to brush our teeth. The floor was dirty, the blinds did not work in any room, the sink was rusty and dust bunnies were behind the door. And just a push button lock on the door. No place to have dinner after 5:30 and it’s located far from any town. Other than the glass enclosed walkway at the canyon and the helicopter rides - both which are extra, there’s nothing else here to do. I did have a follow up conversation with the manager to discuss/resolve these issues.

I liked the set up (not if the room) but of the small stores & restaurant

Bed was super hard and the smell from the outside was horrible and putrid it seeped inside the cabin.

The cabin is adorable. It had everything we needed.

The bed wasn't super comfortable, but the location trumped that for us.

Superb near to west rim for those who want go early morning for tour and helicopter ride recommend to stay here. Superb morning view.

El lugar era precioso, el amanecer súper bonito, fueron súper amables, tuvimos una emergencia y nos ampliaron la estancia sin problema. Nos recomendaron restaurantes cercanos ya que el suyo cerraba pronto y era más una cantina. Volvería 100%

Lo único que no me gustó fue la cantina, el precio es exagerado por la cantidad y calidad que te dan, pero creo que no es parte del hotel, sino que del gran cañón oeste.
